If you need help:
keep calling and clicking, talking and writing
until you get the help you need.
The first call you make may not get you the help you need. Keep calling.
Do not give up.
You are not alone.
There are people who really do care.
Call until you get the help you need!
Please do not make prank calls to any Hotline.
This will tie up phones
and keep them from talking to someone who really needs help right away.

Remember that finding help and support may mean you need to visit multiple websites or make multiple calls. Be persistent, take care of yourself, and get the help you need and deserve. You can also contact any local rape crisis hotline, suicide hotline, or mental health centers for counseling. Remember that websites are always changing so if these links don't work, keep looking. It is best not to rely on Internet sites for your source of healing. They can certainly be a great support and a great place to begin. It is not wise to use a chat room or Internet counseling; there are people who care online, but it is also a place where predators lurk.
